The Gift of Morning

Every sunrise is a small act of faithfulness. The mercies of God, Scripture says, are new every morning — not recycled from yesterday, not rationed carefully, but fresh with each new day.

Whatever yesterday held — failure, weariness, grief — it does not set the terms for today. You are met this morning by mercy that has never been used before. Receive it. Begin again.
