Haman

A leader in the Persian government during the time of Xerxes. He was from the family line of Agag the Amalekite. This meant that Haman was from a people group that had treated the Israelites badly. Haman made plans to destroy all the Jews in the Persian kingdom. Xerxes had him put to death.
