Jael

A woman from the Kenite people group who lived among the Israelites. Heber was her husband. She was from the family line of Moses’ brother-in-law Hobab. She killed a Canaanite military leader named Sisera. Jael was an important part of the song Deborah sang about the Israelites’ victory in Judges chapter 5.
