This one is created by your own browser rather than sent from the church. If this appears but real notifications don't, the problem is delivery. If even this doesn't appear, Windows or your browser is blocking them.
We store only what's needed to send a notification to your device, never your name, and nothing about what you read in the app. Turning notifications off removes it entirely.
