Smaller Than You Fear
Fear has a way of filling the whole room. It makes the valley feel endless and the shadow feel solid. But notice the words: though I walk through the valley. Through. It is a passage, not a destination.
And you do not walk it alone. The promise is not that the valley disappears, but that you are accompanied through it. Fear shrinks in the presence of company that will not leave.
